About Me

My name is Paul Welden and I am a REALTOR® with HomeSmart, which is a local, family-owned Real Estate company serving the greater Phoenix area.  Our firm is the 3rd largest realty firm in the area with close to 4,000 agents, and I am pleased to represent HomeSmart as a full time Real Estate agent.

Before I began my Real Estate career, I worked very hard, yet, smart at many different jobs, to save up enough money to start & operate a successful Real Estate business.  My planning and diligence to succeed paid off, because 2007 was a very rewarding year for my clients & my Real Estate business, despite the fact that we are in a "declining" market.  While most REALTORS® have experienced a decrease in their business lately or have closed entirely, I am succeeding and continue to grow my business because I give my clients superior service, "insider information" for free, access to cutting edge technology, the protection & promotion of their best interests, incredible internet exposure, free marketing avenues that most other agents don't use (which places my clients properties in front of hundreds & sometimes thousands of buyers each week) and by giving them the knowledge & information necessary to help them make good decisions.

Although Real Estate is considered a sales business, I take on the role of a consultant, instead of a salesman. I allow my clients to retain control by offering them choices, guidance and advice. This unique approach to Real Estate enables my clients to make informed decisions instead of being led blindly by sales tricks and gimmicks.  By the time the closing arrives, my clients have enough information to know almost as much about the Real Estate transaction as I do.
